Responsible for creating ECAD library parts (created over 2500 parts) for ECAD-MCAD collaboration and maintaining mapping file. Prepped data for Agile PLM implementation data import. Using Fishbowl database tool to clean up and update and Windchill data. Implemented LAMUM (License Asset Manager with Usage Monitoring) to manage licenses and monitor the usage. Interact with software vendors to manage and renew contracts and licenses. Work closely with IT for server upgrades and maintenance. Created functional specification for Agile Engineering Collaboration (Windchill to Agile Part/BOM/Drawing record publish). Set up Visualization server to generate PDF for drawing and STEP file for Part & Assemblies upon check-in. Plan/test/deployment of new versions of Creo 3, 4 & 6. Set up Creo installation and configuration with IT in SCCM for Creo software deployment. Help engineers troubleshooting Creo/Windchill/Agile issues.
