Charles Johnson is the Founder and Chief Change Catalyst of Grind Hard Hustle Smart LLC, a company that offers coaching, consulting, and training services to help individuals and organizations achieve their goals and transform their lives. He is also a podcast host, a speaker, and a certified professional life coach with over 10 years of military experience and multiple certifications in Design Thinking and QuickBooks. He is currently pursuing his Master\'s in Business Administration, with a concentration on leadership, at Liberty University, where he is learning how to apply strategic management and ethical decision-making skills to various business scenarios. He holds a bachelor\'s degree in management, with a focus on accounting and organizational leadership, from Broward College, and an associate\'s degree in general studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus. He is passionate about sharing his knowledge, insights, and stories with his audience, and has spoken to audiences in Hawaii, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida. He joined Toastmasters in 2015 to broaden his speaking skills and diversify his storytelling abilities.
