I am a highly driven and experienced Technical Manager,Authorising Engineer SME with considerable technical knowledge and practical expertise within the Building Services Industry and am proud to have achieved a reputation for high standards and professional integrity. I am currently employed by NG Bailey Facilities Services SE Division as Senior Technical Manager & HV SAP. Completed two months of a six month FTC supporting mobilisation, producing EOPs, SOPs, MOPs and SSPs for Critical Systems which I am thoroughly enjoying. I am extremely passionate about my job, mentoring and imparting my technical knowledge and experience within our teams to foster good client relationships and also upskilling our teams to provide greater resilience for the future. I specialise in the troubleshooting of complex LV/HV Distribution Systems and associated Switchgear, providing regulatory/statutory and manufacturer guidance to give confidence and reassurance to our client base on critical issues. In the critical environment we constantly evolve and it is vitally important to keep up to date with the latest technology or alternative solutions, to strengthen our brand and continue to be innovative in an ever changing market. I take pride in being a leader and custodian of the business and work with great enthusiasm to achieve positive results with Senior Management and our varied client base. I was previously employed with NMS / CBRE for nearly sixteen years in CES / DC Division. In 2011, I was appointed as Authorising Engineer for HV and LV, Boilers and Pressure Systems and Confined Spaces, within NMS / CBRE Critical Environment Services Division. This was primarily within Data Centre South East and Data Centre South West Business Units. I was re-appointed AE in April 2013. In April 2016 both Business Units were moved to CBRE GWS Data Centre Solutions Division UK Data Centres and DCSE name changed to DC UK. DCSW name changed to DC EMEA. I was a member of the NMS / CBRE GWS Technical Forum from 2008 which was responsible for providing and formulating technical guidance to the business. I was also a panel member for Contracts CermView Risk Review Panel to agree risks for contracts. providing technical support. In April 2016, I was re-appointed as AE for DC EMEA by Business Unit Director and also appointed by Managing Director of DCS EMEA as AE in November 2017 for DCS EMEA until I left on 31st December 2022.
