Plus several tenant amenities including children`s playroom, 40 x 20 all year round heated swimming pool,waterfall,sauna,hot tub, weight room, cardio vascular,community room, and solarium with sun deck. We also have a basketball court, lobby dry cleaning valet, parking garage, yoga and dance classes. My duties include, but not limited to supervision and training of 17 32BJ union employees and 5 health club employees. Assist in budget planning for fiscal year and projected five year plan with management and Board of Directors. Managed several building projects including installation of new fiber glass pool with new water filtration, heating, and pumping systems.Remodeled community room, Solarium, laundry room. Managed multimillion dollar Installations of new cooling tower and heating systems, computerized building system BuildingLink,local law and facade projects.
