Currently based in the luxury shoe salon but using my position of Digital Client Advisor to grow my business to include all departments in the store. Utilizing the Connect App to conduct my personal out reach with new and previous clientele. Also engaging in social media marketing for my business Instagram which drives business and assists in increasing my personal sales during both off -time and lower traffic patterns. Have exceeded my sales plan for the last season by or 53%. I have returned to handwriting personal thank you notes making the shopping experience more special and standing out amongst my coworkers. This has also assisted in growing my repeat business. Which is my focus as this location is a “gateway” store which gives me the opportunity to sell all over the country.
