About Charles Hardwick
Over 30 years of experience in the bar industry and has figured in the success of some of NYC’s most iconic bars. Among them, Pravda, The Odeon, The Waldorf-Astoria New York and The Office at The Aviary New York located in The Five-Star Mandarin Oriental Hotel. As the founder of drinkmärkt beverage consulting he has launched, or participated in the re-branding,of 10 major spirits in addition to working in partnership with the European Union and a consortium of 6 brands of Genever as an Category Ambassador. His talent and creativity has been rewarded with recognition from his peers and in numerous publications, including: The New York Times, The New York Post, The Daily News, Eater New York, Punch Drink, New York Magazine and the publication of his signature cocktails in several cocktail books. Current and former clients include: Stolichnaya Vodka, Hendrick’s Gin, Drambuie, Remy-Cointreau, Art Basel Miami, Vogue, Esquire, Victoria’s Secret, and The Distiller’s Council of America. As of February 2023 he is the Portfolio Mixologist and Manager of Trade Advocacy for Moët-Hennessy.
