About Charlie Hanneman
As someone who is passionate about utilizing data and creating impactful stories, I work as a Business Intelligence Analyst with a demonstrated ability to enhance business decisions through reporting. My journey has begun at Wellabe where I have transformed from an intern with no prior coding experience to a fully-fledged analyst. In this collaborative role I have dived deep into the world of data, optimizing Power BI reporting, managing high-stakes incentive tracking software, all while collaborating with hundreds of end users to deliver solutions to best fit their data needs.Apart from the technical skills I have developed, I am driven by a deep commitment to organizational growth, employee development, and employee behavior. During my tenure as a training and development intern at Christensen Family Farms, I developed training software for over 70 employees, managed a Learning Management System for over 900 employees, and reinvigorated the new hire first-day orientation process. My passion for training and development is complemented by strong communication and leadership skills which have been honed by leading teams and fostering cross-departmental and cross-functional relationships.During my time at Iowa State University, my leadership experience is best summarized through my role as the Vice President of Membership for Dance Marathon at Iowa State University, where I facilitated the recruitment of over 500 individuals and the fundraising of over for the Iowa Stead Family Children\'s Hospital. My academic background in Psychology, paired with my minor in Leadership Studies showcase my unique blend of analytical and interpersonal skills that have helped me find success in my professional career!
