I founded Harvest Automation (formerly Q Robotics), a startup robotics company, with 3 former senior iRobot Corporation technical staff. After several years of focused customer and technical research, we had a break-through product concept in an Agricultural application with a multi-billion dollar labor problem. Our belief is that the best markets for today\'s robotic solutions are in material handling where the economics and time to market are creating mammoth opportunities. We are developing and commercializing robots to address one of the most challenging issues facing the world - the changing face of manual labor. Backed by a team of world-class robotics innovators, Harvest Automation has released the first flexible, scalable robots for Agriculture and Distribution & Fulfillment. The next target is the crushing labor dynamic in many fruit and vegetable crops.
