Implementing and maintaining an on-going Trademark/IP program, registering multiple new marks in the US, UK, and EU; established infringement detection process; and, successfully resolved multiple infringement matters- Patent Protection. Implementing a Patent program to secure patent protection for concepts created by Fusion- Human Resources. Initiated and led a cross-functional effort to redraft and launch an Employee Handbook; serving as escalation path for internal and external Human Resources matters, including disciplinary matters, termination matters, etc- ESG. Working collaboratively across the organization on an Environmental, Societal, and Governance (ESG) initiative.
