Hello! I currently work on the SHRM Certification Exam Development team. I manage several key aspects of the exam development process for both SHRM-CP & SHRM-SCP certifications, including the managing and recruiting for our exam development workshops, exam accreditation analysis & reporting, and exam content item editing/review.Since I started my career in exam development, I have had the unique opportunity to approach this exciting work from perspective of both the vendor and the client. Furthermore, I have first-hand experience and knowledge managing every aspect of the full exam development process; from Job Analysis to SME recruitment, through item development workshop facilitation, to exam publishing and finally exam deployment.
