I lead and mentor the Workforce Technologies & Analytics Team, a division of the Human Resources team (12 FTEs) in day-to-day support of systems related to all Human Resources Information Systems, including any internal and external interfaces which are currently implemented within the Memorial Healthcare System. The team also provides access to reports to support our internal customers\' operations. I provide project management and data governance for components of Workforce Technology and Analytics implementation projects, enhancements, and upgrades related to Human Resources, Payroll, and related Analytic Systems. I am also responsible for architecture and design of business rules for all Human Resources related systems in order to support organizational needs. I also research, resolve, and respond to customer issues that include consulting with users in order to identify current operating procedures and to clarify application and programming objectives. Recently, I was the IT Project Lead for the Landmark application go-lives for Infor Process Automation (IPA), Talent Management Modules for Global Human Resources, Performance Management, Goals and Objectives, Compensation Management, Benefits, Employee Health, Employee Relations. I am the Project Lead for the implementation for the Talent Acquisition and Transition Management Projects. I also served as a key contributor and IT liaison for the Lawson V10 upgrade. In addition, I lead the team that is responsible for implementing Human Resources related Analytic Dashboards for all organizational leaders that are published and delivered via Tableau. Recently, I have been working with my team on our new Workday ERP Implementation.
