About Charles Furman
Recently, I’ve joined UPMC insurance division as a service coordinator. I coordinate and monitor health services for those who need in home services, this includes providing much needed support to allow the elderly and those with special needs live in their homes and not live in assisted living and nursing homes, this valuable program keeps costs down for everyone and, keeps families together. We use lots of technology and a whole lot of extremely smart people to provide the highest level of care possible, UPMC Is truly life changing medicine. As a franchisee/owner, staffing consultant, and operations manager at Express Employment Professionals, I have several years of experience in human resources management and business development. I provide staffing solutions and career opportunities to the Pittsburgh Mon Valley community, with a focus on client satisfaction and quality assurance. My core competencies include general operations management, client services, staff development, marketing, and communication. I have a master\'s degree in adult and continuing education administration and a bachelor\'s degree in psychology. I am passionate about building a circle of excellence and helping people find rewarding jobs and careers.
