With over 20 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, planning, and Supply Chain management, I am currently a Supply Chain Readiness Leader for the Rotating Parts and Compressor Airfoils value stream at GEA. Prior to this role, I was a Senior Program Manager leading the manufacturing transition of the Backup Generator and Backup Converter for the to alternative site solutions to meet Boeing’s customer demands.Previously, as a Senior Sourcing Manager at GE, I developed and implemented processes and tools to enhance supplier performance, execution, and contract management. I collaborated with cross-functional teams, councils, fulfillment, and delivery supplier performance groups to establish sourcing requirements and standardized workflows. I also worked closely with change management and digital teams to automate processes and integrate data analytics into operations.Prior to GE Aerospace, I was a Program Manager at Amazon, where I led site selection and launch execution for Amazon Air, robotics, and sort center projects, managing a $181 million budget across six sites in 2021.I hold an MBA from the University of Cincinnati and a BA in Psychology from the University of Toledo. My expertise includes operations management, strategic sourcing, program management, demand fulfillment, team building, and change management.
