Forging has been part of my life since I was 10 years old, so stepping into my current role in March 2010 felt like a natural progression rather than a career pivot. I’ve spent my life learning with others, all aspects/perspectives of the business, solving problems and finding better ways to get things done.At Engel Tool + Forge, our objective is straightforward: deliver results and continuously improve. That happens by listening closely, thinking things through and working collaboratively with customers and suppliers to create solutions that truly matter. I enjoy the challenge of balancing proven methods with fresh ideas – and staying curious about what’s next.Beyond the business, you’ll find me enjoying music (maybe singing out loud), road biking and spending time with an incredible family and friends.
