Hi, I’m Charles!I’ve spent the last 10+ years shaping products and bringing people together to solve big, messy problems. From redesigning the Windows 11 taskbar to leading customer programs that spanned continents, I’ve learned that my real superpower isn’t just strategy or execution. It\'s creating clarity, building trust, and helping people do their best work.What lights me up most? The human side of leadership. I love mentoring, coaching, and creating spaces where people feel empowered and included. That passion even earned me Microsoft’s Leadership Excellence Award, a recognition I’m proud of, but more importantly, a reminder that empathy, clarity, and impact matter.Outside of work, I co-host the Accident Prone Podcast, where we celebrate real stories and amplify voices from underrepresented communities. It’s my way of mixing storytelling, community building, and a healthy dose of fun (because life’s too short to keep things buttoned-up all the time).Right now, I’m leaning into more people-centered work like organizational development, culture, inclusion, and coaching while still carrying forward the storytelling and orchestration skills that have fueled my career.At the end of the day, I’m all about helping people shine, creating space for connection, and adding a little joy along the way.
