At Axode, we develop and design camera inspection systems for industrial printing, production monitoring and traceability.From pre-sales to production start-up at the customer\'s site and support services, I\'m responsible for the successful completion of each project and for coordinating the various R&D and production teams.As Customer Project Manager, my responsibilities are as follows- Project monitoring/planning- Communicating with the customer(s)- Writing specifications and selecting technical solutions- Working closely with the R&D (software, hardware and mechanical engineering), sales and production teams- Setting up test benches and validating systems- Travel to production sites in France and abroad to install machines or integrate systems- Travel to production sites in France and abroad to train operators on the various production sites- Writing installation reports and operator manuals- Design and implementation of Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT)- Follow-up and implementation of service support
