ABOUT CHARLES DE LOS REYES

Hi!I\'m an economist currently working at Suntory Global Spirits, leading forecasting and predictive analytics for the US and global businesses. My career has been a mix of external and in-house strategy and analytics consulting, spanning all phases (model design, data prep, statistical programming, dissemination & change management). I have particular experience working in RGM, Marketing Mix Modeling, and forecasting, primarily across fast moving consumer goods (CPG). At work, I am a \"player-coach\", having both managed large and small teams while simultaneously performing hands-on project work.Prior to starting my career, I studied labor and behavioral economics in graduate school. Before that, I received my BA in economics and psychology, with a research focus on efficient markets.Beyond my day-to-day, my interests include macroeconomic forecasting, predictions markets, identification & estimation, and ensemble forecasting.
