ABOUT CHARLES D. WARREN
I am a fifth-year Chemical Biology PhD student in Dr. Jacob Geri’s lab at Weill Cornell Medical College. I primarily work on chemical proteomics method development and other MS-based proteomic technologies. These projects include the development of a high throughput photocatalytic proximity labeling platform for proteome-wide assessment of protein-ligand binding affinity, spatially resolved interaction discovery in human tissue samples to discover cancer specific protein-protein interactions, and the design, synthesis, and performance evaluation of chemical reagents that alter peptide ion mobility for modified peptide enrichment directly with MS hardware.
