As a tenured police commander with 44 years of service in law enforcement, my vision is rooted in the principle of servitude. I believe in training and educating team members to embrace a mindset of selfless service, always placing the needs of others above their own. Every day, I strive to lead by example—demonstrating compassion to those we serve and setting a high standard of care and professionalism.We must deliver the highest level of service to the people we protect, beginning with integrity. As leaders, it is our responsibility to embody dedication, commitment, and conduct that is above reproach.
