ABOUT CHARLES CHUCK RICHARDSON
Chuck Richardson joined Richardson Richardson Boudreaux in 1986 as a law clerk while he attended college. After Baylor University and the University of Oklahoma, where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1986, Richardson continued his education at Tulsa University School of Law part-time and also worked full-time for the Tulsa County District Attorney’s Office. He was hired as a Legal Intern in 1988 and received his Juris Doctorate from T.U. in 1989. Richardson was appointed Assistant District Attorney resigning in 1991. Richardson and his wife Chris married in 1985 and have three sons. Richardson attends LifeChurch in Jenks, volunteers Sundays and leads a LifeGroup. Richardson returned to RRB in 1991 & served as a Junior Partner until 1994, when he was named Senior Partner. In June of 1997, Chuck was appointed by Oklahoma Governor Frank Keating to serve as Tulsa County DA. He advocated being tough on crime & compassionate for victims, survivors & their families. His focus included more severe sentences and/or lengthier sentences for crimes involving violence, children, the elderly, drugs, robbery, & burglary. He prosecuted as many cases as he could get his hands on and successfully received death penalty and life sentence verdicts in multiple cases. As District Attorney, Richardson compiled a 100% conviction rate and his office had a conviction rate in excess of 95%. In January of Richardson returned as a Partner to the law firm of RRB.
