Innovation is the unifying theme across my diverse set of work experiences. I have worked across multiple disciplines; risk management, supply chain operations and product development and at each turn I have innovated and evolved the function. I build new things and I love doing it. I joined Asurion as part of our risk management function and was at the forefront of the development of fraud detection rules, which radically changed the way we fight fraudulent claims.In the Supply Chain, I developed new ways to monetize our repair network, improved the planning and forecasting model and built a brand-new function, the global data analytics team. Currently, in the product organization, I lead a team driving product growth through innovation. I have developed and launched new products and expanded the way Asurion enrolls customers. At the core of all my innovation has been a dedication to customer service. The fraud rules led to faster payment of non-fraudulent claims, the supply chain analytics team exposed the root cause of back-order and quality issues and my product development has resulted in highly rated products and processes.
