About Charles Chao

Charles has been in the international school field for more than 20 years and he has experience across a wide range of educational spheres, as a school owner, investor relations managers, school managers, and more. He started to establish his first international school in 2001, which opened its door to the community in 2003. At the end of 2012, he left the ownership position of this school. From 2013 to 2021, he assisted with the establishment of another 5 international schools in different cities in China as an independent education consultant. His last recent project is Britannia International School Guangzhou, where he completed his mission with this project in July 2021.While he was setting up international school projects in China, he also built up the international school network across China, that is, iSchoolLinks. iSchoolLinks is associated with most of the heads/principals of international schools in China, it is the largest international education network for schools and educators in China, currently, there are more than nearly 500 international heads in the iSchoolLinks Heads Hub, and the number is going up every day.iSchoolLinks is committed to finding solutions to the challenges which international schools in China are facing, such as HR solutions(Currently Head Hunt Services), M&A solutions, education resources (systems, expertise), etc.
