I am currently working as a Data Engineer for the Milwaukee Brewers within the Baseball Operations organization where I create, manage, and improve existing data pipelines. Previously, I worked as a Lead Software Developer for a high-growth Startup where I managed two developers and functioned as the Product Owner for the company\'s entire tech stack. I was responsible for all Code Review, Software Deployments, translating feature requests into Sprint Tasks, and team management. I prefer to approach my team with an adaptive leadership style so I can be responsive regardless of the situation.Beyond Software Development, I have experience leading teams ranging from 5-100+ people. I have developed and executed training, supervised multiple complex events, and provided coaching and mentoring for each of these teams. I am an extremely proficient communicator and excel best when managing multiple tasks at once.I am currently familiar with a variety of Software Development tools such as Front-end development using React and React Native, Back-end development with C#, ASP.NET MVC5 and Core, Python, Django, and Flask, Databases such as MongoDB, SQL, and PostgresQL, along with API development. I have also started to grow my Data Engineering toolsets by working with Apache Airflow, Snowflake, AWS S3, Terraform, Jenkins, and Matillion. I am also very familiar with SOLID Principles, Unit Testing, Algorithms, Test Driven Development, and the Four Pillars of Object-Oriented Programming.I am an extremely quick learner and can easily digest, synthesize, and utilize new concepts. I can also take these skills and present them in an extremely logical manner due to vast public speaking and presentation experience.
