Currently serving as Lead DCO Technician IV at CoreSite, I support 2N electrical and N+2 mechanical redundancy and oversee workload balancing for preventive maintenance, installations, and emergency repairs. I ensure safety and uptime by writing method of procedures (MOPs) and maintaining compliance with the latest CPR/First Aid standards. Verifying the quality of critical safety equipment and implementing operational metrics to reduce PUE and running costs are key aspects of my role. With education in Operations from NVCC, and many industry leading certifications from EPA, NFPA, OSHA, I bring a strong technical foundation to my work. My motivation lies in contributing to sustainable solutions, as reflected in my focus on reducing environmental impact and improving operational efficiency. I am committed to maintaining safety standards and delivering reliable results in all aspects of my work.

   Support 2N electrical & N+2 mechanical redundancy. Schedule emergent work orders to balance workload; for PMs, break fix, EOL. Fulfill build outs, installations, security audits, access requests; respond to trouble tickets & remote hands. Reduce PUE & running costs by implementing efficient metrics (adjust setpoints, containment, lighting). Writing MOP/scripts to ensure safety, redundancy, and customers’ uptime. Staying up to date with the newest safety CPR/First Aid standards, and verifying equipment (AEDs, first aid kits, arc-flash rated enclosures, 40 Cal suits) is upheld to the utmost level of quality and dependability. Completed full qualification process within the first 4 months.
