As a proactive, team-oriented leader I have been highly successful throughout my career in completing large infrastructure projects for major construction and engineering firms. This includes international assignments such as the Riyadh Metro Rail project, where I led 32 salary and 1200 peak craft workers. When it comes to construction, things can happen at the drop of a hat, therefore, I am quick to adapt to the constant changing nature of design-build projects. It is my motto that how you adapt and course correct is what can elevate an average leader to a great leader.I love my field with a passion. There is nothing more satisfying than refining the casting process down to a well-oiled machine. I really enjoy finding solutions to unique problems and I tend to be tenacious when tackling a new project. I am also dedicated to providing my crews with the best training possible.
