Extensively work with insolvency practitioners seeking solvent and insolvent solutions for businesses and have both IP side and buyer side pre-pack experience. Act for Trustees In Bankruptcy, liquidators, administrators on a variety of matters to assist in recovering assets for the estate often in an international context. Instructed by litigation funders whereby insolvency claims have been assigned to them by insolvency practitioners. Work closely with my colleagues in insurance, construction, healthcare, corporate, banking and finance, real estate and employment across a variety of instructions.
