About Charlie Bentley

Charlie\'s professional experience includes his time as a Budget Analyst for the Department of Veterans Affairs in the Veterans Benefits Administration, as well as his experience as an Associate at Isaacson, Miller. Prior to joining this firm, Charlie worked at The Education Trust on the Higher Education Research team. While at The Education Trust, Charlie helped develop reports that focused on the underrepresentation of Black and Latino students in public higher education. While an undergraduate student, Charlie was involved in leadership development, student programming, and student government; eventually serving as Student Body President. As a graduate student, Charlie’s research examined the impact that Title IX policies have on the LGBTQ community, and hate speech on public campuses. Charlie utilizes his knowledge in policy, research, as well as his experiences as a student leader to help shape and develop efficient approaches to research and budget questions that arise in his current role. Additionally, Charlie has recently started teaching for CorePower Yoga in his spare time.
