   Associate Director, Americas Executive Coaching Team EY September 2004 – Present (10 year 7 month)| I have provided leadership development and executive level coaching for more than 20 years in a professional services environment. In my 11 years at EY, I have prepared leaders for advancement opportunities and career navigation in the firm. I received a master’s degree in Theology and hold several certifications that contribute to my client work, including Myers Briggs Type Indicators, Opposite Strengths, TRACOM Social Styles, Personal Directions and Cultural Orientations Indicator. I coach executives in transition to strengthen career planning and leadership skills including communication, image and presence, team effectiveness, time management and relationship management. I have substantial experience with diversity and inclusiveness, coaching PPEDDs to develop inclusive leadership skills and address the complexities of career development for women and minorities in the firm. My coaching and consulting work advances leaders, drives learning, inspires personal accountability, affects business results and propels the vision for a truly inclusive work environment.
