About Charles Baguley
As an Account Manager at Aerotek, I am responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their staffing needs, and providing them with qualified candidates. I work closely with a team of recruiters, who source and screen candidates from various technical, professional, and industrial fields. I joined Aerotek in July 2022 as a Recruiter Trainee, and quickly progressed to a Recruiter role in November 2022, and then to an Account Manager role in January 2023. I have successfully placed candidates for multiple projects, contracts, and positions, across different industries and locations. I have also received positive feedback from both clients and candidates for my communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. I graduated from Arizona State University with a BA in Psychology in June 2022, where I learned about human behavior, motivation, and cognition. I have always been interested in helping people find their ideal careers, and I enjoy connecting with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences. My goal is to continue to grow and learn as an Account Manager, and to contribute to Aerotek\'s mission of providing exceptional staffing services.
