   Manage multi-disciplinary professionals in the fields of electric system planning, GIS, environmental, survey, and civil engineering in support of energy and renewable projects to attain P&L goals. Responsible for ensuring resources are assigned to deliver quality work products on all client related task orders and to manage projects to achieve schedule, budget, contractual work scope, and client satisfaction. Perform preliminary system impact assessments for generation clients to identify acceptable Points of Interconnection and the determination of the maximum transfer capability (Megawatts) from a potential project to the power system. These generation impact assessments are done throughout the country and with almost all of the Regional Transmission Organizations (RTOs) and NERC Regions. Responsible for preparation of generation interconnection application documentation and the review of Transmission Providers’ studies in support of clients projects. Utilize experience in consulting, power system planning, renewable energy projects, power supply contracts, transmission contracts, scheduling, operations, transmission billings, regulatory/market issues, facility planning & siting, and NERC Audit preparation in the execution of responsibilities.
