Develop an in depth understanding of all Therapure policies, procedures, and standard processes associated with information technology- Oversee all technology operations and evaluate them according to established goals- Establish standard operating procedures and IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management, and to comply with 21 CFR Part 11 regulatory compliance- Purchase efficient and cost effective technological equipment and software- Maintain records of hardware and software that are up for renewal, or reaching end of life and end of support- Ensure all IT personnel training is up to date to ensure compliance- Identify the needs for upgrades, configurations, or new systems and report to upper management- Perform all work in accordance with all established regulatory, compliance, and safety requirements- Investigate, diagnose and resolve incidents with co-workers and customers- Develop an in depth understanding of all Therapure policies, procedures, and standard processes associated with information technology- Assist in building relationships with vendors.
