Design and delivery of AI-powered data products for the UK energy sector, transforming how 500+ grid operators access and analyse critical energy data. I developed full-stack production systems using Python, Node.js, and React/Next.js, building a Data Portal platform supporting concurrent users and integrating 20+ Power BI dashboards for grid balancing, demand forecasting, and renewable integration.I built a production RAG system using Azure OpenAI, AI Search, and Document Intelligence that reduced complex energy data query times from 3–4 hours to under 10 minutes. I also designed agentic AI workflows to support energy market analysis and decision-making.Additionally, I engineered secure Azure hybrid cloud integrations connecting AI systems with Fabric/OneLake, CKAN catalogues, and SCADA systems, delivering £1.2M in verified annual cost savings. I ensured compliance across critical infrastructure audits while maintaining 99.9% platform uptime and delivering training to hundreds of energy analysts and grid operators.
