ABOUT CHARLES REYNOLDS
Charles Reynolds is a career diplomat at the U.S. Department of State currently working for the Office of the Undersecretary for Economic Growth, Energy, and the Environment. In this role, he promotes public-private sector cooperation on energy policies, critical minerals, and market development. Most recently, Mr. Reynolds was posted at the U.S. Embassy in Berlin, where he coordinated U.S. sanctions and export controls policies.
