Qualified in the technology sector with over 13 years of experience in Firmware testing (pre-silicon and post-silicon verification), firmware programming and architecture, and Systems engineering• Vast project experience with delivering PC products for Intel • Passionate in the field of Embedded Systems Development with high motivation on learning• Committed to organizational goal achievement coupled with a strong work ethic• Highly productive in team environments as both a team leader and team memberCurrent Role: Technical Lead for Power Management Firmware VerificationCareer Journey: After my undergraduate in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering I worked as a Software Engineer. During that period I recognized my love for Electronics and chose to pursue my masters in Computer Engineering with a strong motivation to design embedded systems. Fast-forward 10 years after my graduate degree and I have been enabling the development and deployment of Intel\'s SoC products year on year as a Silicon Design Engineer. My primary role has continued to be in Power Management Firmware Verification with expertise bleeding into firmware design and architecture. I\'ve applied those skills to develop and enhance the quality of our products starting with most recently released Intel\'s 1st gen chiplet architecture supporting multi-chip modules and going back through products released with Intel\'s 11th gen family, Apollo Lake/Gemini Lake and Optane memory. At present I lead the team that is pioneering a new firmware verification environment for the complex needs of the next generation of PC processors. Outside of power management firmware I enjoy tinkering in electronic hobby projects.Career/Coaching Philosophy: I leverage my learnings and experience along with that of my networks to help my mentees build on their goals that align with their values. I enjoy presenting at conferences. This work motivates me as I thrive in the art of collaboration across various organizations and companies. I have experience presenting technical material at Intel\'s Design and Test Technology Conference and Grace Hopper Conferences. I am open to conversations on navigating those spaces.I\'ve served on the board for Employee Resource Groups and believe that is a great company resource to support and learn from employees outside my immediate team.
