Charlene Polite Corley is a researcher, thought leader and speaker that’s passionate about representation in media. Recently featured on Good Morning America\'s GMA3, Charlene’s work combines data and storytelling to amplify the power and influence of Black audiences. Her research showcases media trends across historically excluded communities to support both the moral and business case that representation matters. With 15+ years of experience across Nielsen, Charlene’s current role as Vice President, Inclusive Insights, has brought her ideas to life as the lead researcher on multiple editions of the iconic Nielsen Black Diverse Intelligence Series report. As a thought leader named to Diversity Woman Media’s Power 100 list in 2023, Charlene is frequently invited to share her take on inclusive audience and media trends across multiple industry events and forums, including- SXSW- Possible- Essence Festival- Cannes Lions - eMarketerAdditionally, Charlene’s insights on inclusive content and brand practices have been featured and published in best-selling books, podcasts and articles such as Be There in Five, AfroTech, M&E Journal and more.
