   Responsible for- Project managing system-wide priorities for executive leadership team- Developing \"Let\'s Talk Race\" toolkits, which provide families with picture books, discussion guides, toys, and craft materials to help facilitate conversations around racial justice- Improving committee and task force performance across the system by introducing best practices for committee nomination, governance, and communication- Planning and presenting children’s programming, including virtual performances, story times for babies and preschoolers, and bilingual events in Mandarin Chinese- Assisted in leadership transition for the Marketing and Communications Department.In a previous role, I managed execution and delivery of marketing campaigns for 600 library programs per year and introduced new processes to the communications department, including new business metrics, campaign evaluation, and new workflow procedures.
