   Led the end-to-end product launch of Amazon’s Stock Up & Save (SU & S) program, including the development of the product roadmap and feature delivery. Document and size all bug fixes and future enhancements to the SU & S storefront while working with engineers to make tradeoff decisions based on technical constraints. Develop an A/B experimentation plan to test each feature of the SU & S program before full launch, and adjust features based on post-experiment analysis. Gather qualitative customer feedback via user testing to inform product decisions. Currently leading the end-to-end product development for a brand rewards program to increase customer acquisition and retention for Amazon’s Private Brands. Successfully launched additional products such as QR-enabled branded inserts to increase customer review count for newly launched products, unique labeling of Amazon’s Private Brands in search results, and product recommendation strategies that enable customers to discover the best valued products at the lowest cost.
