ABOUT CHARLENE K. CHARLES SEON
As the Program Manager/Senior Project Manager of the Delegated Examining Certification Training & Assessment Program at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), I lead a team to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for federal HR professionals. I manage a budget of over $1.4 million and oversee the administration of the learning management system (LMS). My mission is to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the training curriculum and the certification process for HR practitioners across the federal government. I have over twenty-five years of experience in HR and project management, with an extensive background in the aviation, legal, medical, and airline industries. I hold a Ed.S in Education, an M.B.A. in Human Resources Management and am currently writing my dissertation for the Doctor of Education in Instructional Design. I am also a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), a Presidential Management Fellow (PMF), and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). I am passionate about developing and empowering professionals to achieve personal and professional excellence.
