   As the Strategic Resource Manager (SRM) for HUB Colorado, I play a vital role in the growth & development of our sales culture by assisting our EMT & Sales Producers with achieving their goals. I work closely with our corporate headquarters in Chicago to deliver ongoing initiatives to our locations throughout Colorado, and I promote HUB\'s creative & administrative marketing solutions to help generate new business & client retention. I am also responsible for educating staff on the tools & resources that HUB has to offer, while finding innovative ways to showcase our unique capabilities. I host online classes and webinars on our tools resources using a variety of platforms. I have also created a video library of over 30 tutorials on our company\'s tools & software. Duties:• Serve as the main point of contact for the HUB Colorado Seismic intranet system, assisting with navigation & posting regional content• Assist w/ company special events, including sales conferences, trade shows, etc.• Interface directly w/ HUB Colorado managers, producers, prospects, & clients to present HUB value adds and benefits in sales meetings and new business pitch environment• Help develop and execute vertically driven sales campaigns based on Producer’s needs• Interact with corporate Marketing & Communications in the creation of and execution of advertisements, email blasts, and enhancement of Producer social media presence• Serve as point of contact for all Producer and client-facing tools and resources• Present in-person and webinar hosted training sessions for individual Producers and office locations• Manage all tools and resources, including activation of new accounts, reporting, data mining, troubleshooting, and tracking utilization• Manage monthly and annual sales reports and audit data for integrity• Serve as a general problem solver and navigator for employees looking for HUB resources
