Communication between all parties is key in the appraisal assignment and delivery process to ensure the best results for the ultimate user, the lender and borrower. I assist Trimavin in maintaining a vetted, seasoned and credentialed appraiser panel ready to provide professional appraisal services to our Clients, in all 50 states. I do this energized by my passion for the appraisal industry and by keeping my knowledge base sharp on lending and appraisal requirements, as well as by inspiring the Trimavin Team to provide exceptional customer service. It\'s all in a days work, but one I love showing up to!
