I’m a learning product leader working at the intersection of digital learning, SaaS, and customer value.Closing in on eight years at Mapal, I’ve moved from designing learning experiences to leading portfolio-level strategy - owning roadmaps, shaping scalable offerings, and helping teams shift from bespoke delivery to products that can grow across markets. I’m currently Head of Learning Solutions, where I co-own the core content strategy, guide localisation and translation, and use customer insight and usage data to prioritise what we build next.Earlier in my career I spent years deep in the detail - designing, consulting, and facilitating workshops with global hospitality teams - and that’s still the foundation of how I lead now. It taught me how to listen for the real problem, simplify complexity, and build solutions that people actually use. Today, whether I’m shaping a roadmap or guiding a cross-functional team, I bring the same customer-first, outcomes-led approach; with a practical bias towards learning and improving.
