I provide child, family, and individual psychotherapy in a supportive and safe environment for exploring any life challenges, stressful adjustments, or other needs my client\'s feel are important. My sessions are designed with my clients needs at heart and I approach this by either creating a short term structured approach with clear goals for therapy or deeper exploration. My clinical approach is integrative and my modalities are based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative, Experiential, Solution Focused, Drama Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), all while incorporating mindfulness into daily practice.
