Play key role in establishment and documentation of team processes and working agreements as founding member of Malaysian scrum teams and act as a leading voice in the promotion of continuous improvement efforts • Represent the product perspective as a member of the core decision-making leadership for Malaysian teams • Act as main product point of contact between DTV El Segundo and Malaysian development teams • Maintain product backlogs in Jira and the facilitate weekly user story refinement sessions for two different Malaysia-based scrum teams • Ensure that all business and technical requirements are effectively captured in features and user stories • Present product initiatives and communicate business priority and timelines to development teams • Collaborate with development and QA leads from multiple teams to plan project roadmaps for presentation to ART leadership • Provide daily team progress updates to ART leadership as well as weekly project progress updates to various epic leadership teams on epic development progress • Lead Malaysian teams in bi-weekly sprint review demos to stakeholders • Execute PI planning readouts and epic planning readouts to ART leadership on behalf of Malaysian Teams • Facilitate scrum and sprint planning ceremonies as well as team retrospectives when scrum master is unavailable.
