As Vice President of Marine Operations and Strategic Development, I provide executive leadership focused on operational excellence, workforce strategy, and long-term growth within the maritime industry. I oversee and guide complex marine operations with an emphasis on compliance, efficiency, and people-centered systems that support both immediate operational needs and broader organizational objectives.With years of senior-level experience in marine crewing and consulting, I specialize in developing efficient, compliant, and scalable solutions for complex maritime operations. My work centers on aligning operational performance with workforce development, regulatory requirements, and sustainable growth strategies.Prior to transitioning into the maritime sector, I led and successfully revitalized the logistics division at SEARCH Inc, where I implemented process improvements, strengthened cross-departmental coordination, and optimized workflows across multiple operational functions. That experience refined my ability to design scalable systems—skills I continue to apply in marine operations leadership and consulting engagements today.I hold dual Bachelor’s degrees in Cultural Anthropology and Religious Studies from the University of North Florida, providing a strong foundation in global perspectives, cultural awareness, and human dynamics—essential to building effective, multinational marine teams.Beyond marine operations and personnel management, my expertise extends to strategic planning, marketing alignment, and company growth initiatives.
