   Serving as a leader in network development and am responsible for the end to end provider network growth, including territory segmentation, oversight of direct reports, lead development, in person and virtual partnership discussions, contracting, and long term relationship management. I have successfully contributed to driving growth from a single employed provider practice to a network with almost contracted independent PCPs managing more than Medicare Advantage full-risk, multi-payer lives under a single incentive program enabling partnered providers to succeed in value based care approaches.
