Project scopes vary from single pieces to multifaceted to multichannel marketing campaigns. • Plays a central role in risk analysis, identifying potential roadblocks related to budgets, resources, and timelines, and reporting those to key stakeholders. • Manage day-to-day problems and communicate effectively in difficult and time sensitive situations. Understand when to escalate issues, facilitate meetings, and ensure the team receives clear direction for next steps. • Share and monitor creative, video/photography and digital schedules, set priorities to meet deadlines as well as troubleshoot problems as they arise. • Establish processes and infrastructure that lends itself to overall efficiency of the creative development process and communication within the creative and marketing departments.
