As of 7/27/20 - Senior Applications EngineerOn the CRM team at Steelcase, I assist the Sales & Operations teams with utilizing our instance of Salesforce worldwide. This consists of 1,500 users with 800 being Sales globally. My daily duties consist of-administration of Salesforce.com for Steelcase-managing enhancement and development projects-developing training content with the team for all groups and roles-solving support requests from Steelcase Salesforce Users-conduct group and individual trainings with Steelcase Sales people, Sales Leaders, and Operations groups-gathering business requirements from Users and bringing them to the development team-testing the solutions and user experience-communicating about changes to our user baseThis position is perfect for me because I love helping people as I daily assist users with their CRM needs. I have also had the privilege to travel and train our sales teams on our previous CRM in Asia Pacific. This included trips starting June of 2014 and ending in March of 2015 to our offices in Hong Kong, Malaysia, China, Japan, Australia and India.
