Lead the enterprise Total Rewards strategy, encompassing executive and broad-based compensation, annual and long-term incentive programs, equity administration, benefits, and recognition, supporting a global workforce across 12+ countries.• Serve as a primary advisor to executive leadership on compensation strategy, pay-for-performance alignment, incentive design, benefits investment, and workforce cost governance.• Partner closely with Legal, Finance, and external advisors to ensure compensation and benefits programs align with public-company governance, regulatory requirements, and disclosure standards, including executive pay controls and documentation readiness.• Oversee executive compensation programs, including cash incentive plans, equity-based awards, executive benefits, deferred compensation elements, and perquisites, ensuring competitive market positioning and internal equity.• Support Board-level compensation governance by contributing to executive compensation analyses, incentive modeling, and decision-support materials used in leadership and Board discussions.• Play a key leadership role in Chapter 11 restructuring, ensuring continuity, compliance, and governance of executive compensation, payroll, benefits, and incentive programs under heightened legal and fiduciary oversight.• Support proxy and executive compensation disclosure readiness, including CD & A development, compensation tables, incentive plan documentation, and governance materials for executive and Board-level review, in partnership with Legal and Finance.• Guide enterprise-wide HR analytics and compensation reporting, enabling leadership to evaluate program effectiveness, workforce costs, and performance outcomes.• Provide strategic oversight of vendors and consultants supporting compensation, benefits, equity administration, Payroll and HR systems, ensuring best-in-class service and cost efficiency.
