Penmac Education Staffing\'s Role:Penmac Education Staffing aims to provide peace of mind to schools by managing the recruiting, screening, hiring, training, evaluating, payroll, benefits, and placement processes for substitute teachers and staff.They work with veteran educators and administrators to ensure substitutes are equipped to provide exceptional instruction. Key Responsibilities:Recruitment and Onboarding:Actively recruit and screen substitute teachers and staff for various levels and subjects.Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have the necessary training and resources.Scheduling and Placement:Develop and manage schedules for substitute teachers and staff, ensuring coverage for all school needs.Place substitute teachers and staff in appropriate classrooms and assignments.Communication and Support:Maintain open communication with schools, teachers, and substitutes to address any concerns or issues.Provide support and resources to substitute teachers and staff to ensure they are equipped to provide effective instruction.Data Management:Maintain accurate records of substitute teachers and staff, including their qualifications, availability, and performance.Track and analyze data related to substitute staffing needs to identify areas for improvement.Other Duties:May assist with other staffing-related tasks, as needed.Stay current on industry trends and best practices in education staffing. Skills and Qualifications:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience in education or staffing is a plus.Knowledge of education systems and policies.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
