As a Braven Leadership Coach and Mentor, I facilitate weekly virtual workshops for 8 Spelman College students using Braven’s curriculum. I am responsible for facilitating 1:1 coaching conversations with each student to guide and support in designing their career vision, goals, and roadmap. The mission of Braven is to empower promising, underrepresented young people—first-generation college students, students from low-income backgrounds, and students of color—with the skills, confidence, experiences, and networks necessary to transition from college to strong first jobs, which lead to meaningful careers and lives of impact.
